We want to offer campus partners the opportunity to use the space for academic or research purposes, so long as it promotes the qualities of our Learning Outcomes.

Before submitting a proposal, review the list of equipment available in the room, and the following Service Level Agreement:

ResNET will provide hardware support based on Help Tickets submitted.  Incidents will be acknowledged within 4 hours and an update or resolution will be provided within 24 hours.  Service Requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours and work will addressed based on communication with the customer.
