Event Request

If you would like to host an event in the Carolina Gaming Arena you may fill out the following form to apply for a space reservation with supported technology.  We have to evaluate each request against our Learning Outcome Objectives to determine its merit, as well as applying consideration to the overall schedule so that we maintain maximum open play time to our resident players.  Each request will be considered and a response will be delivered within 48 business hours.

We strongly recommend requests be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.

No more than 3 requests by each organization can be made at any one time.  In other words, if your organization has 3 requests pending or approved, but all three of those dates are in the future, then no more requests will be considered until fewer than 3 events are in the future.
