We’re excited to be able to share our documented path of developing the Carolina Gaming Arena, and the details of what went into making this incredible space. Because of COVID-19 we have had a significant delay in allowing the Carolina community open access to this resource, but we hope that this article helps share the overall values and goals of the project. Considered a history of Phase I of our project, this white paper outlines the partnerships we’re trying to build, the advice we’ve received, and the details of the implementation and design of the Carolina Gaming Arena.
